Step-by-Step Guide to the PayPal Shopping Cart & Account Registration
STEP 1:
Browse through the Course Descriptions to choose the courses you wish to subscribe to. For detailed information or a course preview, click on the the links "More Information" and "Course Preview" under the description of each course. When you have decided which course or courses you want to enroll in, click the "Add to Cart" button. |

| This will automatically open a second window which contains the shopping cart. You can add more courses by going back to the courses page and add them to your shopping cart. |

STEP 2:
Make sure the Qty field has a number 1 in it. If you go back to the Course Descriptions page and click the Add to Cart button again, for the same course, the shopping cart will think you wish to purchase two courses instead of just one. If you see any number other than 1 change the number back to 1 and click the Update Cart button. If you do wish to purchase two subscriptions to the same course, youll need to go through this process twice, so the system can issue two unique user names and passwords. Then click the Checkout button. |

STEP 3:
A new window will open with the PayPal payment details. Check this page for accuracy to make sure you have signed up for the correct course or courses and the total dollar amount is what you expected it to be.
You will need to enter your PayPal login email address and your password. If you don't already have a PayPal account you can click on the gray button in the middle of the page. |

| Important note about the PayPal process: For security reasons, you cannot use the "back" button on your browser once you begin the steps of PayPal. This will cancel the transaction. If this happens, you'll need to start over.
From this point, this instruction page assumes you already have a PayPal account set up. |
STEP 4:
Next you'll come to the page where you confirm your payment. You can also change the source from which your funds come (for example, if you wish to pay with a different credit card or use PayPal funds).
When you are sure that all information is accurate, click the Pay button at the bottom on the page. |

STEP 5:
The next page will confirm that you have made a payment.
You're not done yet! You must click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. |

STEP 6:
Next you'll be taken to the Site Usage Terms and Conditions. You must agree to these terms and conditions to enroll in any of the courses. You can review the terms and conditions before you subscribe from the link at the bottom of the Course Description page. Click the "I Agree" button if you agree and wish to continue. |

| You'll be taken to the registration page where you will be required to enter your PIN number. If you do not have access to your email at this point, its OK to quit here. The link to this page will be provided in the email. |
If you do have access to your email, wait several minutes, then check your email. Sometimes it takes a while for the programs to generate the PIN number and emails. You will have received three emails:
- one from PayPal, which is a receipt for your payment,
- one from "The Underwater Photographer" with the subject "Joe Photo, Here's your registrations PIN",
- another from "The Underwater Photographer" with the subject "Joe Photo, here's your login information". SAVE THIS EMAIL! It contains your user name and password, which you might forget in the future.
Open the email "Joe Photo, Here's your registrations PIN" for find your PIN number. |
STEP 7:
Go back to your browser window and enter the PIN number in the blank field "registration PIN". Complete the rest of the form. Click the "Submit" button.
You can only enter a PIN number one time. You will not be able to use the same PIN number twice and if you use the back button to try again, you will get an error message. |

| If you enter an incorrect PIN number you will get the error message:
Check the PIN number in the email and try again. This entry is CASE SENSITIVE so make sure you enter it correctly. |
| The next screen will contain links to the course or courses you enrolled in. You can either click on the link to enter the course you subscribed to. Or close the window and go back to the home page of theUnderwaterPhotographer.com to enter the site from the main page. Simply to go the button on the left menu "Login / Renew" and click on the course you subscribed to. |
STEP 8:
Enter your user name and password. |
